The pen is made from Paduk wood and has chrome hardware. The Comet Paduk Pen comes in a black box with velvet inside. The pen utilizes a "Parker Style" refill which is readily available at any stationary store. Parker style refills are available in the Pens Accessories & Supplies section of this website.
