Most of these are in the original Sheaffer packaging
CHILTON GOLDEN QUILL in Blue and Black pick Color #557The cap, section and blind cap are black and the barrel is dark blue. This color combination is proper, per Hirsch Davis. Filling unit is not working but it moves smoothly and it appears to be all there, perhaps requiring r winding of it's string packing. There is personalization on the gold inlayed shield on the back of the cap ("CED"). THE NIB IS A WARRANTED 14K in medium fine on a Parker Factory nib grader.
