ヴァージンスチールを意味し、無垢材を鍛造し鍛え上げた、硬く粘りのある錆びに強い高級ステンレス系鋼材VG10鋼にタングステンを添加した鋼材です。 錆びにくく衛生的なので安心してお使いいただけます。VG10鋼より、より耐久硬度が向上しています。
