Le Rouge mineral aged between 20 and 80Le Rouge is the relaxed, all in one red from Domaine Nvice in Poligny, at the heart of the Jura. Its a blend of all the estates red grapes from the 2024 harvest: Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir. Each variety brings something different to the glass Trousseau adds depth, Poulsard gives lightness and bright fruit, and Pinot Noir ties everything together.
